Financial Facilities Manager
Financial Facilities Manager is a
customizable web based software product that is designed to manage a
financial institutions’ facilities. Financial Facilities Manager
provides a way to store and access facility information, operative
actions and imagery, maintain and manage orders, and share secured
information accurately and quickly.
A subscriber accesses Financial Facilities Manager through the
internet using a secure login and password. Every OnSign page checks
for a secure login before granting access which creates increased
security for the user. The user interface of FFM is made to be very
simple and tries to limit mouse-clicks and time-to-access information.
Current order lists are displayed on the main page as well as
navigational links to manage subscriber information, create an order,
manage product information and retrieve facilities information.
Current order lists show order location information and status.
Detailed order information can
be found by clicking on the order.
Detailed order information includes product specifications and
communications within an order. Communications within an order are in
the form of notes and comments which make up the communication stream
between subscriber and vendor. Internal communications are also part
of the Financial Facilities Manager and are displayed in the order
detail. Order lists can also be queried by vendor, location, and user
who placed the order.
Subscriber information is maintained through a link on the main order
menu. Access to add or modify subscriber information is only available
to top level users. Lower level users can modify their personal
information but no more. Subscriber information includes user
creation, modification and deletion. Subscribers must have unique
login and password combinations
which can be modified by a top level
subscriber or by the actual user. Subscriber information
also contains
vendor selection which shows a list of vendors with the ability to
add, modify or
delete a vendor from the system. Vendors added to a
financial facilities manager are then sent an email persuading the
vendor to look into the levels of subscription they wish to accept.
Vendors do no need to subscribe to any level of subscription and the
full functionality of FFM will work.
Order creation is made simple by selecting a location or inputting a
new location, selecting
products or service items and finishing an
order with description information. An order number can be manually or
automatically assigned to an order. Order creation begins the process
of an order an now is displayed in the orders list on a main page.
From the orders list one can view the order details, send requests for
pricing, view a request for pricing matrix, choose appropriate
vendors, submit purchase orders and add/edit/delete images and manage
all order dates.
Facilities information and imagery can be retrieved by a search using
state, city and street
address from a displayed list. Facility
information includes location details, such as hours and products,
full location imagery and location order history. Having quick access
to this kind information will be a huge time saving mechanism for a
bank to use and can greatly increase accuracy of work.

with milestone dates,
ordered items and status information. Not only does ATM Manager

chart. ATM
